Keep aspect ratio on to make a proportional signature size without distortion. If a service requires an exact width and height with a different shape, Crop to fit makes that choice explicit rather than stretching the handwriting.
A KB limit is optional. When you set one, KEVRIQO validates the actual file generated at your requested dimensions. Different websites and application forms may set different limits, so use the requirement supplied by the destination service.
Application forms, document portals and online services can require a particular image size, file format or maximum upload size. For more general checks, use the Image Requirements Checker. If you only need a size target, try 50KB, 100KB or 200KB compression.
Signatures are sensitive images. KEVRIQO performs these transformations in your browser, so your source image does not need to be uploaded for resizing, conversion or validation.

Not by default. Maintain aspect ratio is on by default, so the signature is not stretched. Crop to fit is an intentional option for incompatible exact dimensions.
Yes. PNG and WebP output can retain transparency. When converting to JPG, KEVRIQO uses a white background because JPEG does not support transparency.
